Seoul Semiconductor, Z-Power, Z7 is a 9 x 7 x 3mm power LED, SMT with 6.4 x 3.4mm heat sink slug, reflow solderable, can be driven upto 2800mA, 130 degree half Iv viewing angle. Available in pure white (4700K to 8000K) and warm white (2600K to 3300K). The Z7 incorporates state of the art cermaic packaging utilising very low thermal resistive materials.
