Description
Seoul Semiconductor, Z-Power, Z6 ia a 9 x 7 x 1mm low profile ceramic package with 6.4 x 4mm heat sink slug, SMT reflow solderable, each chip red, green blue and natural white (4000K) ,can be driven up to 700mA , 120 degree half Iv viewing angle. Supplied as an emitter on reels of 500 pieces.
