Seoul Semiconductor, Z-Power, Z5 is a 3.5 x 3.5 x 2mm power LED, SMT with 3.3 x 1.3mm heat sink slug, reflow solderable, can be driven up to 700mA, 120degree half Iv viewing angle with silicone lens. Available in cool white (105lm at 350mA and 170lm at 700mA), natural white, warm white, red, blue green and amber.
