Seoul Semiconductor, Z-POwer, Z2 ia an 11.3 x 5.8 x 1.2mm with 5.5 x 5.5mm heat sink slug, reflow solderable, can be driven up to 400mA, (4.4W) providing up to 400 lm with a 120 degree half Iv viewing angle and colour temperature options of 3000K (warm), 4000K (natural) and 6300K (pure). Available as emitters on reels of 500 pieces.

Features

  • Designed for high brightness lighting applications where an ultra slim design package just 1.2mm thickness is beneficial
  • Typical intensities of 210lm at 3000k and 270lm at 6300K
  • Low thermal resistance and maximum junction temperature of 125 degree C.
