Seoul Semiconductor, Z-Power, Z1 is a 6 x 5 x 1.2mm with 4.7 x 3.7mm heat sink slug, reflow solderable, can be driven up to 450mA, (1.4W) providing up to 120 lm with a 120 degree half Iv viewing angle. Available as an emitter on reels of 500 or 1000 pieces.

- Designed for high brightness lighting applications where an ultra slim design package just 1.2mm thickness is beneficial
- Typical lumen output intensities of 76lm at 3000k and 100lm at 6300K
- Low thermal resistanceand maximum junction temperature of 125 degree C.
