Description
Seoul Semiconductor, Z-Power, P5-II ia a 6 x 5 x 1mm ceramic package, full colour RGB power 3W LED, SMT with a 3.5x4.7mm heat sink slug, Reflow solderable, Red Green Blue individual chips, 350mA per chip (400mA max), 120 degree half Iv viewing angle. Available in a maximum of 12 binning combinations.
