Seoul Semiconductor Acriche A4 is a 7 x 7 x 3mm ceramic package with 6.4 x 2.6 heat sink slug, the Acriche A4 series is intended for ac voltage operation and high flux white light output. SMT reflow solderable the A4 is availble as warm white (2600K to 3500K) and pure white (4700K to 8200K) and available as emitters or ready mounted on a range of IMS PCB solutions.
