Description
Seoul Semiconductor Acriche A7 is an 8 x 8 x 3.7mm ceramic package with 7.4 x 3.4mm heat sink slug. The Acriche A7 series is intended for ac mains voltage operation and high flux white light output. SMT reflow solderable the A7 series incorporate state of the art Chip On Board design and offers high thermal disspation capability.

- Very low thermal resistance and maximum Junction Temperature of 125degree C
