Description
Seoul Semiconductor Acriche A5 is an 8 x 8 x 3.0mm ceramic package with 6.4 x 2.6mm heat sink slug, the Acriche A5 series is intended for ac mains voltage operation and high flux white light output. SMT reflow solderable the A5 series incorporates state of the art Chip On Board design and high thermal dissipation capability.
